Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with you purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Refund Requests

 

All refunds must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date. Any request outside of 14 days will not be granted unless otherwise decided by Narcolepsy Optimized.

 

Refund Requirements 

 

To receive your refund, please email jerry@narcolepsyoptimized.com to obtain your refund request form. Before being eligible to receive a refund, users must view all videos located in Chapter 3 – Sleep & Body. Narcolepsy Optimized will use video viewing analytics, located inside of the members area to ensure that the user has viewed all videos before being eligible for a refund. 

 

Refunds

 

After ensuring user have viewed required videos and has submitted the refund request form, refunds will promptly be processed. Refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the credit card company. Our credit card processor will notify you through email when the refund has been processed.
